Democrats! Put away your checkbooks for the 2012 re-election. Sarah Palin is resigning as governor of Alaska… running for president in 2012?
Her spokesman wouldn’t say why Palin decided to step down, but the announcement stirred speculation that she would focus on a bid for the 2012 Republican nomination for president.
Wow. Wow. Easy. I just can’t believe the luck of the democrat. They never have this easy of a win. Not that they couldn’t lose, if they really tried; like they did with John Kerry, but… damn! The only way this could get any easier is if G-dub was in the running. What are republicans thinking?
And don’t worry, she’ll win the primary, there’s no doubt. I know conservative republicans (I don’t mean like, hey this is Bob, I know him and he’s a conservative republican; I mean I KNOW conservative republicans) and there’s nothing they like more than attractive women who are conservative republicans. So she’ll win the primary. Democrats should fund her primary campaign; done and done. Maybe she’s been a democrat plant all along. She killed McCain’s run… and now she’s going to ensure Obama win’s again. She’s good… but will history ever know. Someday, maybe, someday.
The only other reason she’s stepping down would be the greatest thing to ever happen to politics, ever… it’s something scandalous. Uh, odds are it’s probably basic corruption. But I sort of think well maybe it’s an affair. Maybe it’s something really cool that I don’t even know about.
