GOP presidential candidate hopeful and current Governor of Texas Rick Perry seemed a little off during a speech he gave last Friday night. I don’t want to accuse the man of being intoxicated, but I’ve seen a lot of wasted people talk. And if I could be called an expert in anything, it would be identifying when someone is fucked up – huh, ladies… wink, wink, nudge, nudge, plop, plop, drink, drink, wait, wait, success!
Look at the way he moves his arms when he speaks. If anything, to give the man the benefit of the doubt, he could have been really, really, really tired. Or he saw how captivated people are with Johnny Depp’s Captain Jack Sparrow character.
Analysis: I like him better for this. He won’t be the GOP presidential nominee. He won’t be the VP nominee. He will be invited to my beer bust up at the Moon Tower; everyone’s going to be there.
