This chick is some president of some congress in India – during a speech she says that some other chick who’s got some high position in another area of India should get raped, and this first chick would reimburse her cash for the trouble. The first chick, Rita Bahuguna Joshi, then gets jailed, and some people burn down her house. She isn’t jailed because of what she said, but because the second chick, Mayawati (one name like Madonna, and Prince), is from a lower caste than the first chick. And in India, where they still have some f’d up caste hierarchy, someone from an upper caste isn’t allowed to put down someone from a lower caste.

But now check this out. The reason why the first chick said that about the second chick is because the second chick has said that it’d be okay if women get raped as long as they get thrown some money afterward – compensated. It looks like the going rate is about $500.
