Let’s see… Sarah Palin, governor of Alaska, visits New York and goes to a baseball game. Sees the Yankees. It was big news when she was on the GOP presidential ticket and her teenage daughter was all knocked up. David Letterman is a comedian that does a late night talk show. It airs at 11:35pm, also known as Safe Harbor. He tells a dirty joke about Sarah Palin.
So… A public figure with a history of teenage daughters getting knocked up gets made fun of by a comedian on a show that airs at a time when nothing can be deemed indecent. Okay. Yeah, that seems about right.
But, of course, the idiots overreact. And funny suffers because… The idiots ask for an apology. Letterman apologizes. The idiots see that being little bitches can be powerful, and continue to overreact. Letterman apologizes more. The idiots now want him fired.
I’m curious, because when I heard the joke, I immediately thought of her oldest daughter. Not because I’m into 18-year-old Alaskan chicks. Not that I’m not. I don’t think I’ve ever met an 18-year-old Alaskan chick. I thought of her older daughter because she’s gotten knocked up before. I didn’t know she went to the game with anyone. So… when did her 14-year-old daughter get sexualized? Oh that’s right. When Sarah Palin put her in the joke by taking it literally.
And how come Alex Rodriguez isn’t suing Letterman for slander? Probably because a comedian said something about him – a public figure – on a show that airs at a time when nothing can be deemed indecent.

This is a website put up by some guy named John Ziegler who made a documentary on Sarah Palin, and is a conservative talk show host on an almost non-existent radio station in Los Angeles. If he’s doing this for publicity, then bravo… if it’s not… then that’s just sad.
