If you don’t know, EBT stands for Electronic Benefit Transfer, which are welfare debit cards; why shouldn’t poor people enjoy the magic that is Direct Deposit. It’s amazing, poof, the money’s there.
And just so you know, someone can not buy live animals with their card. So at least there are some limits.
