Switzerland supports anal raping 13 year olds…

A long time ago Roman Polanski drugged and anally raped a 13 year old girl; he left the country before his trial; he has never spent a day in jail; there was talk that Switzerland was going to extradite him… from this story:
On Monday, Polanski was declared a free man after Switzerland said the U.S. had failed to address arguments by Polanski’s lawyers that the 76-year-old filmmaker had actually served his sentence before fleeing Los Angeles three decades ago.
He received a 90 day mental evaluation of some sort; as most people who anally rape 13 year olds might be ordered to do before a trial. But I didn’t realize that in the 70′s mental evaluations are equal to what 10-20 years in jail is now, I guess I didn’t take inflation into account. So it’s just great to see that justice was served after all.
