<p style="text-align: left;">This means officers were tasering people when they didn&#8217;t pose an actual threat? And let me just say, I am a huge fan of watching videos of people getting tasered, a huge fan. But shouldn&#8217;t police or highway patrol or whoever at least try to control a situation without tasering first.</p>
