this guy’s why I love politicians…

A New York State Senator – named Kevin Parker - went into a tirade at some meeting about something – it had to do with some other senator asking something about a black man who is nominated for something – and started calling everyone racists and white-supremacists. Fantastic! I love this – politics needs more name-calling-blow-ups, and physical threats; from this story:
Committee Chair Carl Kruger tried in vain to get Parker to calm down.
“You’re out of order – why don’t you step outside,” he told Parker. “You’re disrespecting me as chairman. One more outburst like that and I’ll ask you to be removed.”
“Okay, then get somebody to remove me. Bring people though,” Parker said.
I dig that: “Bring people though.” If you want me to leave, you better have a posse to drag me out swinging. Awesome. I appreciate this guy’s frustrated-anger.
There have been other temper tantrums involving the senator. Last year he was accused of felony assault after doing $1,000 in damage to the car of New York Post photographer William Lopez and smashing his camera after he snapped Parker’s picture.
Two years ago, an aide filed charges against Parker, claiming he pushed her during an argument and smashed her glasses. In 2005, Parker was accused of punching a traffic agent in the face.
Or maybe he’s just a psychopath, but being the understanding guy that I am who is sensitive to angst of all peoples… where was I going with this. Who cares? I wish this guy was my friend. He seems like the kind of person you can easily get all riled up: Did you hear what he just said to you, you’re not gonna take that, are you? Of course I think you should do something about it, I mean, I would if they said that about me, but that’s me, I take care of business, Dude, don’t worry, I’ll bail you out. TCB man, it’s all about TCB. And then enjoy the show.
