Haha, that’s Beyonce giving an intimate performance for two million dollars for Muatsim Gaddafi, the son of Libyan dictator Muammar-al Gaddafi (Col. Gaddafi). Don’t worry if you don’t know much about Col. Gaddafi, why should you need to; it’s Libya. But he’s not a good guy, at all; the word murderous could be used. I say ‘could be’ because I don’t really feel like being hunted down, kidnapped, tortured and murdered. What!? No, you’re a pussy. From this story:

Certainly Muatsim Gaddafi, the third son of the Libyan leader Muammar-al Gaddafi, couldn’t take his eyes off the Crazy In Love star as she gyrated and sang in front of him, his friends and other partygoers, including her businessman rapper husband Jay-Z.

Gaddafi smokes cigarettes, knocks back drinks and laughs with guests including Jon Bon Jovi, Usher and pretty, young female guests.
